I have worked with Jon Spivey for more than twenty years across several organisations and industry sectors. I had the pleasure of working alongside Jon on a major Contact Centre technology migration to a hosted Platform-as-a-Service model. As a versatile architect, Jon rapidly conceptualises project objectives, identifies potential problem areas and develops remediation options to keep the project on critical path. His honest and straight talking attitude ensures stakeholders and management have a realistic view of the effort involved in delivering complex pieces of work. In this project Jon was pivotal in clearly defining the technical scope deliverables, mapping the current state integration environment topology and crafting the overall architectural strategy to ensure the successful project delivery. Jon’s comprehensive experience with enterprise grade network, telephony, server, database, storage, and virtualisation technologies is clearly evident, as he is very comfortable peer challenging technical vendor proposals and detailed designs to ensure project solutions are fit for purpose. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and know any organisations lucky enough to onboard him in future will not be disappointed as his diligence and quality of work is first rate.
