Jon is a highly experience and accomplished solution architect. He has an in-depth knowledge of a range of technologies and I would rate him as an “expert” in Infrastructure and Networking. I had the pleasure of working alongside Jon on a major Contact Centre technology migration to a hosted Platform-as-a-Service model.
